'PRO SERIES'
VW SHIFT FORK JIG
Whether
you are a hobbyist or professional, an accurate shift fork
adjustment is a must. Some jigs on the market will only work on
one model. The LE 151 'Pro Series' shift fork jig will work on
Type 1, 2 and 3 transaxles. This precision CNC machined jig
utilizes a full size plate, (same overall dimensions
as the OE VW tool). This results in an extremely rigid and
versatile tool, allowing quick and easy shift fork adjustments. In
addition, it comes with an extra reverse shaft to fit 091 reverse
gears. For trannys with late style pinion bearing, the kit
comes with 106.6 mm long pins. For trannys using the early
style pinion bearing, you get the 116 mm long pins as well. Also included is the spacer sleeve necessary to work on transmissions with the early style pinion bearing.

With the Peiseler 385
universal pinion depth mandrel and the right accessories, you will
be able to set the pinion depth on any VW
transaxle. This nifty tool transfers precise measurements
through 90 degrees to a dial indicator that is located out on the
end. It can also remotely adjust the position of differential
cups. A very cool tool. (not always

This original factory
VW 297 Peiseler tool set makes working on all swing axle
differentials a dream. The required preload and backlash can
be quickly and accurately set. You'll be amazed at the improvement
in performance and ring and pinion wear that a properly set-up
diff will give you. The large crank also makes removing and
installing side covers a snap. This is the same tool shown
